Road users should be aware of a series of overnight closures on the C408 at Bankfoot and the B9099 at Luncarty, from Monday, 14th of June.
The C408 will be closed overnight for three nights from its junction with Innewan Gardens, Bankfoot, to the A9 (Bankfoot North junction) to allow surfacing works to be completed, from 8:30 PM until 6:30 AM, on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Signed diversions will be in place as follows:
- From Bankfoot to the A9 northbound and southbound – via three-way temporary traffic signals at Bankfoot South Junction.
- To Bankfoot from A9 southbound – via new Stanley/Tullybelton Junction and A9 northbound to Bankfoot South Junction.
- To Murthly from A9 southbound – via new Stanley/Tullybelton Junction to Stanley, before joining the B9099
Pedestrian access at Hunter’s Lodge underpass will be maintained at all times.
In addition, the B9099 Stanley Road will be closed overnight for three nights from Luncarty Football Club grounds to its junction with the C569 Strathord Station (leading to the new Luncarty Link Road) to complete kerbing and surfacing. These works have been scheduled from 9:30 PM to 6:30 AM on Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Signed diversion routes will be in place and local access for residents at Ordie View will be maintained during the overnight closures.
