Phase Two of the B846 Wade’s Bridge and Weem Village Roadworks

The second phase of works on the B846 at Wade’s Bridge and Weem Village will get underway on Monday 21st March. Phase two is drainage and preparation work in Weem, ahead of the resurfacing work in phase 3.

While this work is carried out, temporary traffic lights will be in place, with the work scheduled to end on the 30th of March.

Wade’s Bridge will continue to be closed between 9am and 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, while traffic signal work is carried out. The bridge will be closed until the 30th of March and a diversion is still in place.

The diversion is via Aberfeldy, up the A9, across the B8019 to Garry Bridge and Tummel Bridge and the down the B846 to Weem, and vice versa.

Phase three of the works is road resurfacing work in Weem, which will begin on March 31st and run until April 5th, with a road closure in place from Monday to Friday 9am until 3:30pm with the same diversion as Phase one, with Wade’s Bridge reopened.
