The Loch Tummel Sailing Club will be holding an open day on the 25th of June from 12pm until 4pm for anyone who wants to get a taste of what sailing is like.
The open day will be held down at the sailing clubs’ site, just to the west of Foss on the south side of Loch Tummel. No experience or kit is need although waterproofs and a change of clothes are recommended.
Jenni Macintyre the Vice Commodore for the Loch Tummel Sailing club speaking about the open day said: “The open day that we’ve got coming up on the 25th of June, which is really exciting, that’s a real opportunity for people to get a taste of sailing, get out on the water, if you’re unsure, if you don’t know if you’re going to like it, I would say come along, have a go and you know, and if you enjoy it then we can take it from there.”
