A lane on the A9 dualling is being closed to allow for work on the internet connection below the road below from next week.
Between Luncarty and the Pass of Birnam one of the two lanes are being closed from Monday (July 12) for the next five days.
A spokesperson for Transport Scotland said: “Road users are advised to allow additional time for their journey and take care on approach to the new traffic management layout.”
Temporary traffic lights will be operating from the Hunters Lodge underbridge for twenty-four hours a day to build a footpath and other finish works.
These lights are starting at 7:30 and running until 18:00 to help guide traffic safely through the road works.
A spokesperson added: “Pedestrian access at Hunter’s Lodge underpass will be maintained, however, due to the nature of the works, you may be required to wait for a short time before being escorted through the site by our project team.”
