The Pitlochry Community Action Plan met on Thursday night and members of the community from a range of groups and interests attended.
Now the group is looking to put together a survey to find out how people in the community feel about how the town could be improved.
Volunteer, Susan Brown said: “The Pitlochry Community Action Plan steering group meeting was a great success attended by 20 locals with a wide variety of ideas, experience and skills.
“All contributed to how we could define, promote and deliver a survey to the people, community and business groups of Pitlochry to garner their views. We have created some subgroups that will work on specific aspects of the survey, promotion and distribution and will be meeting again by Zoom in 2 weeks’ time.
“We have started a discussion on whether the survey could be delivered in languages other than English but would need volunteers speaking those languages to translate the survey and the results for us – please let us know if that is you!
“We look forward to hearing what all ages of people in Pitlochry have to say in the coming months.”
