Now that Scotland is moving past level 0 restrictions, Pullar House in Perth is reopening for local people who cannot use online services to meet with the council.
They’re now taking appointments on housing services, social work, revenues and Benefits as well opening doors back to customer service centre.
The council’s services are running on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am until 5pm for these services.
Anyone looking to book an appointment is being asked to phone the council on 01738 475000.
A spokesperson for the council also explained: “In the same way, there are a range of online and phone options to pay for Council Services.
“For rent, Council tax, non-domestic rates and to pay a Council invoice, please call 0345 6030121 24 hours a day, and choose the option for the payment you are making.
“By debit or credit card by calling 01738 475000 9.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday.
“Our online payment system which can be accessed via https://www.pkc.gov.uk/councilpayments.”
However, the public are being encouraged to use their online site where possible to resolve problems or request information.
