Volunteers Wanted for Blair Castle Horse Trials

Ahead of the Blair Castle Horse Trails which will be running from the 25th to the 28th of August, the organising team are looking for volunteers to help with a wide number of tasks.

There are roles for the days of the competition and for the build-up and tear down for the event, including course decoration, stewarding, score collectors, catering assistants, lorry parking assistants, ring stewards, office runners and many more.

Speaking about the volunteering opportunities Michelle Dunn Event Organiser and one of the Volunteer Coordinator said: “We’re looking for volunteers to take part in Scotland’s largest and most exciting equestrian event from the 25th to the 28th of August at beautiful Blair castle.  Not all of the roles require Horse experience and there’s truly something for everyone whether you know about eventing or not.”

Mrs Dunn went on to add: “The days we most need covered are Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We’ll provide you with tickets, camping if you need it, food and an amazing experience rain or shine.”
