Chair-based yoga sessions set to music. The class is run by experienced yoga instructor, Emma Burtles, to provide a gently stimulating exercise session to help keep body and mind active with all the associated physical and social benefits. All ages are welcome. We try to make transport available to help make sure everyone who needs a lift is able to attend through our local community volunteer network. Located on the cinema's mezzanine level, which is fully accessible.

Football Memories is an award winning national project supported by former St Johnstone player, and one of football’s most successful managers – Sir Alex Ferguson. The programme is aimed at helping people of all ages who would benefit from social interaction - for example, those living in isolation or with a condition such as dementia or recovering from a stroke. With the use of player picture cards, team photos and other memorabilia, participants memories of footballing days gone by are encouraged to be reignited. We are back for our second Craft Fayre of the year. Lots of talented crafters from the local are who would like to showcase what we make, create and bake. we had in our first craft fayre 18 local crafters who were all busy and loved coming. The plants and the baking went down very well.
