The programme is aimed at helping people of all ages who would benefit from social interaction - for example, those living in isolation or with a condition such as dementia or recovering from a stroke. With the use of player picture cards, team photos and other memorabilia, participants memories of footballing days gone by are encouraged to be reignited.
